Keyboard shortcuts
The quickest paths through kttouk, all at your fingertips.
Core shortcuts
These work inside kttouk and are always on:
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
Ctrl+Space | Open the quick-capture popup |
Ctrl+K | Command palette — create, jump or change a setting |
Ctrl+Shift+F | Spotlight search |
Ctrl+Shift+K | Toggle the floating panel |
Ctrl+Shift+S | Take a screenshot capture (Pro and Business plans) |
Ctrl+Shift+Space | Voice capture (when your plan includes it) |
Ctrl+, | Open Settings |
Optional global capture
These work system-wide, from any app, once you switch them on in Settings → Keyboard shortcuts. They are off by default.
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
Ctrl+Alt+C ×2 | Smart capture of what you copied (a link becomes a bookmark, text goes to the Inbox) |
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+B | Save it as a bookmark |
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T | Save it as a task |
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N | Save it as a note |
Select text anywhere and press the shortcut — kttouk copies it for you. If nothing is selected, it uses whatever you already copied. On Windows this can't reach apps running as administrator.
Notes and editor
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
Ctrl+Shift+P | Pin the open note as a floating window (on the Notes page) |
Ctrl+F / Ctrl+H | Find and replace (with the editor focused) |
Ctrl+/ | Open the block menu |
Ctrl+D | Duplicate the current block |
Ctrl+Shift+↑ / ↓ | Move the current block up or down |
/ | Insert a block: headings, lists, tables, images, callouts, toggles, code, math, emoji |
Standard rich-text shortcuts also apply — bold, italic, underline, strikethrough. On macOS use Cmd in place of Ctrl.
See Settings → Keyboard shortcuts for the complete, up-to-date list.
